DiveandKayak.com is the online store for six brick-and-mortar locations in Southern California, specializing in recreational kayaking, kayak fishing, freediving, and scuba diving. We actively use the brands we sell and we are an authorized dealer for all of the gear we sell on our site. This means we abide by MAP (minimum advertised price) pricing.
MAP pricing is a policy which some manufacturers use to specify a minimum amount that their product(s) can be advertised for online. If you see any site that has an advertised price less than ours, that means the company selling the gear is either not an authorized dealer, or they are not following their dealer agreement, both of which should be a red flag for you as a consumer. If you do see a lower price, let us know and we are allowed to and will beat it- and we can still back up your purchase with all of the service and expertise you expect from an authorized dealer.
